Registration

Thank you for your interest in ViBioM 2026. Registration is required. You do not have to be an EVBC member to register for the meeting. The number of participants is limited on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration deadline is 30 April 2026.

To request an invitation/support letter, please contact . Invitation letters can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process.

Please note that separate registrations are required for the conference dinner on 19 May and the hackathon satellite event on 17 May. Details can be found at the social programme website and hackathon website, respectively.

Conference fees:

Student / Doctoral researcher / PostDoc	50 €

Industry	400 €

Registration fees include 21 % VAT. You will receive an invoice for the registration fee.

The conference fee is due for payment upon completion of registration. Conference fees and conference dinner fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, but payment by credit card is not possible. If bank transfer is not possible for you, we accept cash payments in € on site.

The ViBioM 2026 registration fee includes participation at all conference sessions and coffee breaks. A certificate of attendance will be sent via email after the conference.
