We cordially invite you to contribute to ViBioM 2026 with an oral presentation and/or poster!
We look forward to receiving your contributions within the cross-disciplinary field of virus bioinformatics. Sub-topics include (but are not limited to) virus discovery, virus evolution and classification, virus–host interactions, viral infections and immunology, molecular epidemiology and phylodynamic analyses, viromics, viral sequence analysis, virus visualization. We look forward to interesting talks and posters.
Oral/Talk Presentation
To apply for an oral presentation, abstract submission was required. The deadline for abstract submission was on 6 March 2026, 23:59 CET – The abstract submission for talks is closed. The scientific committee will decide and applicants will be notified of the decision approximately on 20 March 2026.
The abstracts, titles, and author(s) will be displayed on the conference website and included in the abstract booklet distributed to conference attendees and published on the conference website.
Poster Presentation
For poster presentations, no abstract is required, only title and authors. The deadline for submission of the poster title was on 17 April 2026, 23:59 CEST – The submission for posters is closed. Posters will only be rejected if they are out of scope or if the maximum number of posters possible at the venue is reached.
You can indicate if you want to present a “poster snapshot” to advertise your poster, and we will inform you later if you can present a snapshot.
The title and author(s) will be displayed on the conference website and included in the abstract booklet distributed to conference attendees and published on the conference website.
