We cordially invite you to contribute to ViBioM 2026 with an oral presentation and/or poster!
We look forward to receiving your contributions within the cross-disciplinary field of virus bioinformatics. Sub-topics include (but are not limited to) virus discovery, virus evolution and classification, virus–host interactions, viral infections and immunology, molecular epidemiology and phylodynamic analyses, viromics, viral sequence analysis, virus visualization. We look forward to interesting talks and posters.
Oral/Talk Presentation
To apply for an oral presentation, abstract submission is required (below). The deadline for abstract submission is on 6 March 2026. The scientific committee will decide after the deadline and applicants will be notified of the decision approximately on 20 March 2026. Abstracts should not exceed 2,000 characters (including spaces).
The abstracts, titles, and author(s) will be displayed on the conference website and included in the abstract booklet distributed to conference attendees.
Poster Presentation
For poster presentations, no abstract is required, only title and authors (submission below). The deadline for submission of the poster title is on 17 April 2026. Posters will only be rejected if they are out of scope.
You can indicate if you want to present a “poster snapshot” to advertise your poster, and we will inform you later if you can present a snapshot.
The title and author(s) will be displayed on the conference website and included in the abstract booklet distributed to conference attendees.
